  • A deposit may be required before work starts.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur fees and/or result in paused services.

5. Revisions & Feedback

We include a fair number of revisions with each project. Additional rounds beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed in advance.

6. Timelines

We aim to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Late delivery of client content or assets

  • Third-party service issues (e.g. hosting, domains)

  • Force majeure or circumstances beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property

  • All work created by us (designs, copy, code) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • After payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use third-party tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WordPress plugins, ad platforms) as part of our services. While we work to ensure compatibility and security, we’re not liable for third-party software failures or changes outside our control.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a project at any time. Charges may apply for work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver professional, effective work — but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. search rankings, ad performance). To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
